With 80% of employers saying they plan to hire graduates from 2018, therefor many new graduates will find it difficult to find a job after leaving school. We know that it takes an average of 7.4 months for companies to find entry-level employees in terms of the number of vacancies. One would expect that in this scenario, it would not be very difficult for a fresh graduate to find a job, and for new graduates to find a job.

So how can young graduates enter the workforce and what skills do employers want to see in a new degree? Let us take a look at some of the most important ways in which graduates can be recruited and hired in your organization.
